We are so pleased that you are able to join us on this very special occasion.  We feel that each and every guest at our wedding has been hand selected by God to witness this service.  We have been praying that each of you receive a special blessing from the service.  You will notice that our ceremony is very simple.  That is by design.  We want the focus to be on God and the message.  God has called us to love one another in a manner that is only possible through the power of the Holy Spirit.  We ask that as we are preparing to exchange our vows that you join us in praying that hearts will be touched by the message, especially ours.

Bride                                                    Miss Robyn Smith

Groom                                                   Mr. Jeffrey Street

Maid of Honor                                  Mrs. Angela Zimmerman

                Best Man                                     Dr. Hayes Wicker

Ephesians 5:22-25

22             Wives, submit to your husbands as to the Lord.

23             For the husband is the head of the wife as Christ is the head of the church, his body, of which he is the Savior.

24             Now as the church submits to Christ, so also wives should submit to their husbands in everything.

25                Husbands, love your wives, just as Christ loved the church and gave himself up for her

1 Corinthians 13:4-8,13

4              Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud.

5              It is not rude, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs.

6              Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth.

7              It always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres.

8              Love never fails. But where there are prophecies, they will cease; where there are tongues, they will be stilled; where there is knowledge, it will pass away.

13             And now these three remain: faith, hope and love. But the greatest of these is love.

1 Corinthians 9:24-27

24             Do you not know that in a race all the runners run, but only one gets the prize? Run in such a way as to get the prize.

25             Everyone who competes in the games goes into strict training. They do it to get a crown that will not last; but we do it to get a crown that will last forever.

26                Therefore I do not run like a man running aimlessly; I do not fight like a man beating the air.

27            No, I beat my body and make it my slave so that after I have preached to others, I myself will not be disqualified for the prize.
